To assess your borrowing power and lodge loan applications with lenders, we collect information including:

- Financial records (PAYG payslips, tax returns, bank statements, asset/liability schedules).
- Credit history and living expenses (under the Household Expenditure Measure - HEM).
- Employment verification and property transaction details.
3. How We Use and Disclose Your Information
Your personal information is used exclusively to evaluate credit options, prepare loan proposals, and submit formal finance applications to lenders on our panel. We disclose information only to:
- Accredited banks and non-bank lending institutions evaluating your credit.
- Solicitors, conveyancers, and valuation firms involved in property settlement.
- Government bodies where required by statutory compliance or anti-money laundering (AML/CTF) legislation.
We never sell or rent your personal contact information to third-party marketing brokers.

All customer documentation is stored in SOC-2 compliant, bank-grade encrypted Australian data centers. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
